ONCA Rescue Team
Rescuing & Rehabilitating Stray Dogs
ONCAis a registered nonprofit organization (Reg No:W641007972) dedicated to providing emergency medical care, safe shelter, and loving homes for stray and special needs dogs.
ONCA, we make every effort to find the best homes for the special needs dogs in our care. Sadly, some of the dogs that come to us have been abused or neglected, while others are injured or suffer from chronic illnesses.
With the support of our dedicated sponsors, we are able to care for these vulnerable dogs, including puppies and pregnant mothers in our nursery. Please help us care for these special needs dogs so we can continue to provide them with all the medical treatment and attention they need.
What We Do
At ONCA, we provide a complete lifeline for stray, abused, and special needs dogs. Our daily mission focuses on four key areas:
Rescue & Medical Care: Providing emergency veterinary treatment and life-saving care for injured and neglected dogs.
Safe Shelter & Nursery: Offering a secure haven, daily nutrition, and a dedicated nursery for pregnant mothers and vulnerable puppies.
Rehabilitation: Healing emotional trauma and rebuilding trust through patient behavioral socialization.
Loving Adoptions: Giving every rescued dog a second chance by matching them with committed, permanent families.
become a Local Faster Carer
Give a dog the chance to experience life in a home
Foster homes can make an enormous difference to dogs who need a little extra time, care or support before they’re ready to find their forever home.
We’re currently looking for local foster carers who live within approximately one hour of Many Tears Animal Rescue and are able to travel to the rescue when needed.
Our foster programme isn’t about simply finding an empty space for a dog. We want to match the right dogs with foster homes that can give them something they particularly need, whether that’s experience of home life, additional socialisation, medical care or just some time away from kennels.
There’s No Golden Boy Like Charlie!
Everyone has been raving about Charlie! This sweet guy is looking for a loving forever home, and he can’t wait to meet you!
Charlie is the kind of dog who can be a little shy when he first moves into a new place, but don’t let that fool you! Once he settles in and gets cozy, he’ll soon be showing you just how social and affectionate he really is. Playtime and treats are great ways to get to know him, and he especially enjoys chasing tennis balls and playing fetch. He is absolutely sure he’ll catch every ball you throw his way!
